CustomVinylzz provides:
Pre-made custom mylar bag designs for purchase and download
Custom design services for unique, brand-specific artwork
Design customization and modification services
Commercial licensing for purchased designs
Design tools and resources for creating custom packaging
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on CustomVinylzz are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a design:
You receive: A commercial license to use the design on physical products for resale
You do NOT receive: Ownership of the underlying copyright or trademark rights
You may: Print the design on mylar bags and other packaging for commercial purposes
You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital design files
You may NOT: Claim the design as your own original work
You may NOT: Use the design for digital products, NFTs, or online-only sales
Important Restriction
Sharing or distributing design files (PSD, PNG, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Payment and Billing
All purchases are subject to the following terms:
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
Payment is required before design download
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Engage in unauthorized access or hacking attempts
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate any person or entity
Spam or send unsolicited communications

Designs will be suitable for any particular purpose
Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors will be corrected
IN NO EVENT SHALL CUSTOMVINYLZZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Discontinuation or material modification of the Service
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Previously purchased licenses remain valid according to their terms.
