Eligible Purchases

The following purchases are eligible for refunds:

• Individual Designs: Single $9.99 design purchases
• Design Bundles: 5-pack and larger bundle purchases
• Custom Design Services: Full refund before work begins, partial refund during revisions
• Add-On Services: Design customization, logo integration, etc.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email refunds@customvinylzz.com with your order number
2. Include the email address used for purchase
3. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing Times:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days (to original wallet)

Custom Design Refunds

For custom design services, our refund policy varies based on project stage:

• Before Work Begins: 100% refund available
• Initial Concepts Delivered: 75% refund available
• During Revisions (1st-2nd round): 50% refund available
• Final Files Delivered: Refunds at our discretion, case-by-case basis

We offer unlimited revisions on custom projects. If you're not satisfied, please work with us to achieve the result you want before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Designs that have been used for commercial production (printed on products)
• Designs purchased during special promotions (case-by-case)
• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
• Gift card purchases

Note: If you've already printed designs on products for sale, we cannot issue a refund. Please review designs carefully before production.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems with your purchase:

• Download Issues: Contact support immediately - we'll resend files or issue refund
• File Corruption: We'll replace files at no charge
• Incorrect Files: Full refund or replacement
• Quality Issues: If design quality is not as advertised, full refund

Technical issues are not counted against your 30-day refund window. We'll make it right regardless of purchase date.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds:

• Design bundles where only some designs are unsatisfactory
• Services partially completed to your satisfaction
• Special circumstances evaluated case-by-case

Partial refunds are determined on a fair, case-by-case basis. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Exchanges and Credits

Instead of a refund, you may choose:

• Design Exchange: Swap for another design of equal or lesser value
• Store Credit: Receive credit for future purchases (no expiration)
• Upgrade: Apply purchase toward a custom design service

Exchanges and credits are processed immediately, while refunds may take several business days.
