License Overview
All designs purchased from CustomVinylzz include a Commercial License by default. This means you can use the designs to create and sell unlimited physical products without paying additional royalties or fees.
What This Means
Purchase once, use forever. No recurring fees, no royalties, no complicated restrictions. Create and sell as many products as you want.
What You CAN Do
With your commercial license, you are permitted to:
Use designs for commercial advertising and marketing
Modify and customize designs to fit your brand needs
Combine our designs with your own graphics or text
Use designs across multiple product lines and businesses you own
Create derivative works based on purchased designs
Use designs on social media, websites, and promotional materials
What You CANNOT Do
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Resell, distribute, or share the original design files (PSD, PNG, AI, etc.)
Claim the design as your own original work
Sell or license the designs to third parties
Upload designs to print-on-demand platforms as standalone digital products
Include designs in design bundles, template packs, or digital asset libraries
Use designs in competing design marketplaces
Register designs as trademarks (unless significantly modified)
Sub-license or transfer your license to another party
Critical Restriction
DO NOT share the design files themselves. You can sell products made with the designs, but the actual PSD/PNG/AI files must remain private. Sharing files will result in legal action and permanent account termination.

Copyright Protection
All designs sold through CustomVinylzz remain the copyrighted work of their original creators. By purchasing a license, you receive usage rights, not copyright ownership (except for Exclusive Licenses with full buyout).
Copyright Enforcement:
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our designs
File sharing and unauthorized distribution will result in legal action
DMCA takedowns will be filed against infringing listings
Repeat offenders will be permanently banned
License Duration
All licenses are perpetual - they last forever. Once you purchase a design, you can use it indefinitely according to your license terms.
Important Notes:
License remains valid even if the design is removed from our marketplace
License terms are locked at time of purchase (future changes don't affect you)
Files remain downloadable from your account permanently
No subscription or renewal fees required
